According to a statement issued by the Commissioner General of Examinations, the decision was taken after considering requests from eligible examiners who were unable to submit their applications within the previously stipulated period.
As a result, the opportunity to apply online for answer script evaluation duties has been extended until June 26, 2026.
Eligible applicants can submit their applications through the official online portal:

The Department further stated that applicants experiencing technical difficulties during the application process may seek assistance from the Online Branch by contacting 011 366 1122 or 011 367 1568.
For inquiries related to the School Examinations Evaluation Branch, applicants may contact 011 278 5231 or 011 278 5681.
The Department has encouraged all qualified examiners who have not yet applied to make use of the extended period and complete their applications before the new deadline.
