Secretary to the Commission, P.V. Bandulasena, stated that arrangements are being made to examine evidence by the end of next month.
According to the Commission, a total of 28 complaints have been received in relation to the investigation.
The fully empowered Presidential Commission is chaired by Gihan Kulatunga, while Aditya Patabendige and Sanjeewa Somaratne serve as members of the panel.
Meanwhile, Tilvin Silva appeared before the Presidential Commission in response to a notice issued by the body.
The Commission stated that the summons was issued after considering complaints lodged by several parties regarding a statement allegedly made by Tilvin Silva.
It further noted that a statement was recorded from him concerning the relevant remarks.
