According to the Commission, individuals born before February 1, 2009, who are not included in the current voters’ register, as well as those requiring amendments to their address, name or national identity card information, have been advised to contact their respective Grama Niladhari offices.
The Commission also urged the public to verify that their personal details have been accurately recorded ahead of the upcoming voter registration process.
Citizens can also confirm the accuracy of their information by visiting the official website of the Election Commission of Sri Lanka.
