The Sri Lankan delegation was led by Foreign Affairs Minister Vijitha Herath, who stated that discussions centred on enhancing bilateral trade, investment and tourism collaboration between the two countries.
The discussions were also attended by Belarus Deputy Minister of Industry Leonid Ryzhkovchits and Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Aleksandr Yakovchits, along with representatives from the Belarus business community, including officials from the National Tourism Agency, Belavia and several leading travel agencies.
Sri Lankan business representatives and professionals from the pharmaceutical, education and tourism sectors also joined the event, exploring opportunities for exports, partnerships and future joint ventures between the two nations.
