The department stated that the system modernization was carried out to provide a more efficient and streamlined service to the public.
Meanwhile, officials also revealed that arrangements are being finalised to begin payments related to pension anomalies from July.
Accordingly, pension discrepancies affecting retirees who retired in 2019 or before are expected to be addressed under the program.
