Danigala Maha Bandalage Sudha Wannila Aththo has passed away while receiving treatment at the Welisara Chest Hospital.He was 62 years old at the time of his death.
Sudha Wannila Aththo was known as the leader of the Rathugala indigenous community and was widely respected for his efforts to preserve indigenous traditions and cultural heritage in Sri Lanka.
His passing is considered a significant loss to the indigenous community as well as to the country’s cultural identity.
