A financial contribution of LKR 3.2 million has been made to the ‘Rebuilding Sri Lanka’ Fund by the Sri Lanka Logistics & Freight Forwarders Association, in support of efforts to rebuild the country and restore normalcy following the devastation caused by Cyclone Ditwah.
The cheque was formally handed over this afternoon (06) at the Presidential Secretariat by the Chairman of the Association, Andre Fernando, to the Secretary to the President, Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake.
Also present on behalf of the Sri Lanka Logistics & Freight Forwarders Association were its Secretary, Rear Admiral Rajapriya Serasinghe and Treasurer, Priyan Seilman.
