Qatar initially closed its airspace on February 28 following US and Israeli strikes on Iran that launched the war, citing “precautionary measures” taken in response to “the latest developments in the region” and a need to guarantee “the highest levels of safety and security for all flights”.
It then partially reopened its airspace on March 6.
