The male and female cubs were born at the zoo on December 24. During the visit, the Director General inspected their growth and health condition and also met visitors who had gathered to see the cubs.
The public now has the opportunity to view the two lion cubs daily at the Dehiwala Zoo from 10.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
Visitors are encouraged to visit the zoo and witness the charm of the young cubs while enjoying the beauty of wildlife in a natural environment.
