Speaking during an adjournment debate in Parliament on the Easter attacks, the Minister said that evidence has emerged pointing to the existence of individuals and groups who operated above Zahran Hashim and directed his actions.
He further noted that a large number of related cases are currently being heard in courts. Due to ongoing judicial proceedings, the Minister stated that certain details cannot be disclosed at this stage.
Emphasizing the complexity of the matter, he added that the attacks were not an isolated incident but part of a broader chain of events.
