Former President Wickremesinghe recovering after successful surgery in Singapore

Chairman of the United National Party, Vajira Abeywardena, announced that former President Ranil Wickremesinghe is recovering well after undergoing successful surgery at a hospital in Singapore
Mr.Abeywardena stated that Wickremesinghe will remain under medical supervision for a few more days. He also thanked UNP members organizing religious observances across the country to mark the former president’s birthday on March 24.
