Former President Ranil Wickremesinghe has undergone surgery, according to a statement made in Parliament today (19) by MP Ravi Karunanayake.
Speaking during the debate on regulations under the Port City Commission Act, Karunanayake said the procedure had been completed successfully.
He also extended his wishes for a speedy recovery to the former President.
