The two leaders also addressed wider challenges stemming from the escalating situation, including possible disruptions to global supply chains and energy markets. They highlighted risks to key maritime routes such as the Strait of Hormuz.

His Highness the Emir reaffirmed Qatar’s role as a stable and reliable partner in the global energy sector and its commitment to maintaining uninterrupted supplies despite current challenges.
