Mr.Premadasa stressed that transparency is essential on matters related to national security and maritime activity, urging authorities to inform Parliament and the public about the presence and purpose of the vessel. He said the government must clarify whether the ship has received permission to enter Sri Lankan waters and what actions are being taken by relevant authorities.
