The committee will be chaired by Chief Government Whip Nalinda Jayatissa.
Other members of the committee include Members of Parliament Prasanna Gunasena, Aruna Jayasekera, Anuradha Jayaratne, Hector Appuhamy, Rohini Kaviratne, M.K.M. Aslam, Anushka Tilakaratne, K. Prabu, Ruwan Mapalagama and P. Sathyalingam.
The committee has been tasked with examining the preparedness of relevant authorities and related issues surrounding the response to Cyclone Ditwah.
