Most parts of the island will experience mainly fair weather conditions. However, a few morning showers are possible in the coastal areas of the Western Province.
Misty conditions are likely during the early hours of the morning in parts of the Central, Sabaragamuwa, Western, Northwestern, and North-central provinces, along with the districts of Galle, Matara, Monaragala, Mannar, and Vavuniya.
Authorities advise the public to remain cautious of possible lightning and temporary localized gusty winds during thundershowers.
