The order was issued following a preliminary consideration of the petitions submitted by the company and several of its employees.
The petitions had sought judicial intervention to invalidate the Defence Ministry Secretary’s decision concerning the removal of the arms depots. However, after reviewing the matter at the initial stage, the Court of Appeal rejected the applications without proceeding to a full hearing.
