The President arrived in India earlier today and was warmly received at Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi, by Indian Minister of State Raj Bhushan Choudhary and other dignitaries.
The AI Impact Summit 2026, which will be held in New Delhi, aims to promote the responsible use of artificial intelligence for the betterment of humanity. President Dissanayake is expected to deliver a keynote address outlining Sri Lanka’s vision for ethical and inclusive AI development.
During his visit, the President is also scheduled to hold bilateral discussions with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and several other world leaders on matters of mutual interest, including technological cooperation and regional partnerships.
