Accordingly, conducting or organizing tuition classes for examination candidates, subject-related lectures, seminars, workshops, and similar activities are strictly prohibited. The printing, distribution, or possession of model question papers or papers containing predicted questions is also banned.
In addition, advertising or promoting claims—through printed or electronic media, posters, banners, or handbills—that exam questions or similar questions will be provided is strictly forbidden.
The Commissioner General emphasized that any individual, institution, or group that violates these regulations will be considered an offender under the law and will be subject to legal action.
If any person or organization is found violating these directives, complaints can be made to the nearest police station, the Police Headquarters, or the Department of Examinations.
