During the meeting, attention was focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation between Sri Lanka and Korea in key sectors including trade, investment, development cooperation, employment, and tourism.
The Korean delegation was led by Mr. Lee Hack Young, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Korea, along with a group of parliamentary representatives.
Minister Herath expressed his sincere appreciation to the Korean delegation for the support extended by the Government of Korea towards Sri Lanka’s recovery and reconstruction efforts following the recent Ditwa cyclone.
