The third and final Twenty20 International between the touring England team and Sri Lanka is scheduled to be played today (03) at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in Kandy, with the match set to begin at 7.00 p.m.

England clinched victory in the second T20I played on Thursday (01), thereby securing an unassailable 2–0 lead in the three-match series.

Sri Lanka will be without fast bowler Eshan Malinga for tonight’s encounter, according to reports. Malinga was forced to leave the field after sustaining a shoulder injury during the second T20I on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Sri Lanka Cricket officially announced the national squad for the upcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup yesterday (02).
