SLC begins T20 World Cup ticket sales

Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) has announced that tickets for ICC T20 World Cup matches to be held in Sri Lanka will go on sale from today (03).

According to SLC, ticket counters at selected locations will be opened for the public. The ticket counter located in front of Sri Lanka Cricket headquarters will be open starting today (03).

The ticket counter at Orugodawatta will be opened only on match days when games are held at the R. Premadasa International Cricket Stadium. Meanwhile, ticket counters at the R. Premadasa Stadium and the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium will be open only on non-match days.

In addition, the ticket counter at the Abeyatissa Stadium in Kandy will sell tickets only on days when matches are played at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium.

Ticket prices range from LKR 1,000 to LKR 10,000, and tickets can be purchased between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m.

For matches involving Sri Lanka, a maximum of four tickets can be purchased per person. For matches not involving Sri Lanka, up to ten tickets per person will be issued, Sri Lanka Cricket further stated.
