According to the announcement, private candidates who wish to make corrections to details on their admission cards must do so by visiting the official website of the Department of Examinations. Candidates are required to log in using their National Identity Card (NIC) number and submit the necessary corrections online.
The deadline for making these changes is midnight on February 10, 2026.
Commissioner General of Examinations, Indika Kumari Liyanage, emphasized that this correction period is final and will not be extended under any circumstances. Candidates are therefore advised to carefully review their admission cards and complete all required amendments before the deadline to avoid issues during the examination.
Private candidates are urged to act promptly to ensure the accuracy of their examination details.
