The exhibition commenced yesterday (January 26) and will continue until January 30, taking place across the Dubai Exhibition Centre and the Dubai World Trade Center.
Gulfood 2026 brings together more than 8,500 exhibitors from 195 countries, showcasing over 1.5 million products across 12 industry sectors, making it one of the most influential global platforms for the food and beverage industry.
Sri Lanka’s pavilion, located at the Dubai Exhibition Centre, spans 510 square metres and is the largest Business-to-Business (B2B) pavilion ever organized by Sri Lanka at an international trade fair.
A total of 61 Sri Lankan export companies are participating this year, of which 33 are Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), accounting for nearly 50 percent of the total participation. This strong SME representation aims to enhance export competitiveness among smaller businesses while supporting sustainable economic growth.
Visitors to the Sri Lanka pavilion are able to explore a wide range of high-quality products, including coconut-based products, spices, tea, and innovative ready-to-eat food items.
Through direct engagement with international buyers, Sri Lanka expects to further strengthen its global image as a reliable and innovative supplier of food and beverage products, while expanding export opportunities in key international markets.
