He made these remarks at an awareness programme held at Temple Trees for Deputy Directors and Assistant Directors of Planning serving in all Divisional Secretariat divisions across the island, under the Praja Shakthi national programme.
The event was attended by Presidential Secretary Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake, Senior Additional Secretary to the President Kapila Janaka Bandara, along with several other officials.
