Accordingly, the monk is receiving treatment at the Trincomalee District General Hospital under tight security provided by prison officials, Prison Media Spokesperson and Commissioner A.C. Gajanayake said.
He further stated that a blood test has also been conducted on the monk as part of the medical examination.
