The decision was taken at the Executive Committee meeting held today (19), the association said.
According to the GMOA, the 2026 Budget proposals have failed to address the real issues faced by doctors and the healthcare sector, leading to growing dissatisfaction among the medical community.
However, the association stated that the planned trade action has been temporarily suspended following discussions with the President and the Minister of Health regarding the matter.
