The Education, Exhibition and Job Fair, EDEX Expo 2026, is set to make its highly anticipated return this January, offering a wide range of opportunities for students, parents, professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs to shape their futures with confidence.

Organised by the Royal College Union since 2004, EDEX has evolved into a trusted national platform guided by its vision of “Empowering Sri Lankan Youth to be Globally Competitive.”

The expo will be held in Colombo at the BMICH on January 16, 17 and 18, 2026, followed by the Kandy edition at Kandy City Centre on January 24 and 25, 2026. Both events will be open to the public from 9.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., with free admission.

The Colombo edition will be ceremonially inaugurated by Santosh Jha, High Commissioner of India, highlighting the strong international presence and global outlook of the exhibition.

EDEX Expo 2026 will bring together state universities, vocational and technical institutions, leading non-state higher education providers, and prestigious foreign universities under one roof. Visitors will have access to career guidance, academic pathways, skill development opportunities, and employment prospects, creating a dynamic environment for informed decision-making.

With its comprehensive offerings and inclusive approach, EDEX Expo 2026 continues to play a key role in shaping the future of Sri Lanka’s youth.
