During the visit, he is expected to meet Sri Lanka’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Vijitha Herath, tomorrow morning. The discussions will focus on further strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries.
The Chinese Foreign Minister will also hold meetings with President Anura Kumara Dissanayake and Prime Minister Harini Amarasuriya, the Ministry stated.
One of the key objectives of the visit is to review Sri Lanka’s progress following the recent impact of Cyclone Ditwa.
