Commissioner General of Examinations, Indika Kumari Liyanage, stated that the examinations will be conducted from January 12 to January 20.
A total of 2,086 examination centres have been established across the island, along with 325 coordination centres and 32 regional centres to facilitate the process.
The Department of Examinations also noted that candidates who have lost their National Identity Cards, driving licences, or passports due to the disaster will be allowed to sit for the examinations by presenting a temporary identification document.
Meanwhile, the examination times will remain unchanged from the previous timetable.
Candidates are required to arrive at their respective examination centres at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination, the Commissioner General added.
