The relevant cheque was formally handed over yesterday (06) at the Presidential Secretariat by Inspector General of Police, Attorney-at-Law Priyantha Weerasooriya, to Secretary to the President, Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake.
Secretary to the Ministry of Public Security and former Deputy Inspector General of Police, Mr. Ravi Seneviratne, was also present on the occasion.
