The Ministry of Education has confirmed that school hours will remain unchanged at 7.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. in 2026, even as new education reforms are introduced.
Under the reforms, the updated curriculum and teaching methods will be implemented for Grades 1 and 6 starting next year.
The Ministry also issued guidelines on the allocation and utilization of academic staff to support the smooth rollout of the new education system.
