Accordingly, implementation plans related to the recruitment of workers for sectors such as domestic caregiving, agriculture, construction, and other related fields have been signed from time to time under this framework.
It has been officially stated that Israel has expressed its willingness to recruit Sri Lankan workers for employment in its commercial and services sectors under these agreements.
In line with this, the Cabinet has approved the necessary measures to enable Sri Lankan workers to be deployed to these sectors in Israel, ensuring a formal and regulated employment process between the two countries.
