The draft policy has been published in Sinhala, Tamil, and English on the official website of the Ministry of Power and Energy at www.energymin.gov.lk, enabling all interested parties to review its contents.
The Ministry invites stakeholders, institutions, and members of the public to submit their comments, suggestions, and observations on the draft policy. Submissions must be made on or before 9 January 2026 through any of the following channels:
