During a discussion held at the Kandy Udapalatha Divisional Secretariat on December 7, after reviewing the ongoing relief efforts for people displaced by the damage caused in the Kandy district during the current disaster situation.
Prime minister said "The government is providing maximum relief and support to help restore normalcy to people’s lives. Effective coordination from district-level officials is essential to ensure that the necessary assistance reaches those affected"
