The official residence of the Hatton Railway Station Master was submerged under approximately five feet of water following heavy rains in the Hatton area on the afternoon of 23rd November.
Employees at the station said the flooding occurred because a nearby culvert, located close to the Hatton Police Stadium, became clogged with mud, causing rainwater to overflow into the residence.
