Former Director of the National Lotteries Board (NLB) Thusitha Halloluwa, who was the subject of an arrest warrant, surrendered before the Colombo Additional Magistrate’s Court today.
Colombo Additional Magistrate Lahiru Silva issued the warrant yesterday (13), ordering that Halloluwa be immediately arrested and produced before the court.
The warrant was issued after Halloluwa was named as a suspect in relation to a false complaint he allegedly made, claiming that a group had opened fire at the vehicle he was travelling in at Narahenpita.
