Colombo Additional Magistrate Lahiru de Silva today (13) issued a warrant for the immediate arrest and production of former National Lotteries Board Director Thusitha Halloluwa.
The warrant was issued after Halloluwa failed to appear before the court when the case connected to his attack and shooting incident was recalled today.
Court sources said the warrant was issued due to his absence during the ongoing investigation into the incident involving the assault and shooting of Halloluwa.
