According to political sources, Rajapaksa is engaged in a special discussion with a group of senior SLFP and SLPP politicians. Among those present are Nimal Siripala de Silva, Lasantha Alagiyawanna, Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, Mahinda Amaraweera, and Duminda Dissanayake, along with several others.
The discussion is reported to be focused on preparations and key decisions relating to the opposition rally scheduled to be held in Nugegoda on November 21, under the theme “Maha Janahanda.”
