The dense fog has been reported along the Hatton–Nuwara Eliya, Hatton–Colombo main roads, and several byroads, significantly reducing visibility.
The Hatton Police Traffic Division has urged motorists to drive cautiously, keep their headlights on, and maintain reduced speed while traveling through these areas to avoid accidents.
