In his capacity as Minister of Finance, the President delivered the second reading of the Appropriation Bill, commonly known as the Budget Speech, outlining the government’s financial plans and priorities for the upcoming year.
According to the parliamentary schedule, the budget debate will take place over six days, from November 8 to 13, with the vote on the second reading expected to be held on November 14.
