Supreme Court Justice S. Thurairaja was sworn in as the Acting Chief Justice before President Anura Kumara Dissanayake at the Presidential Secretariat today (07).
The appointment follows the overseas travel of Chief Justice Preethi Padman Surasena. Justice Thurairaja will serve in the position until Chief Justice Surasena returns to the country.
