Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya emphasized the importance of integrating modern technology into the country’s vocational education system.
Speaking at the launch of the ‘1966’ Vocational Education Hotline Service, she said the new approach to education reforms aims to prepare students for the changing demands of the job market.
She noted that to strengthen the vocational education structure, both human and physical resources must be developed to meet global standards. “We must make the necessary changes without hesitation to ensure our youth are ready for the world of work,” the Prime Minister said.
