An Emergency Support Service for the Vocational Education Sector – 1966 has been officially introduced under the leadership of Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya.
The announcement was made during a media briefing held under the Prime Minister’s patronage to raise awareness about the newly introduced service and related AI tools.
Prime Minister Amarasuriya stated that this initiative marks an important step toward enhancing the efficiency of the public service and bringing it closer to the people.
State Minister Nalin Hewage also expressed his views during the event, highlighting the significance of modern technology in improving vocational education and service delivery.
