Opposition Leader leaves for official visit to India

Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa left the country today (3) for an official three-day visit to India.

During his stay, Premadasa is scheduled to meet several Indian government ministers and high-ranking officials for discussions on matters of mutual interest.

He is also expected to participate in a number of official events and engagements while in India.

Premadasa departed for India a short while ago, accompanied by a delegation of MPs and officials.
