The Supreme Court dismissed three petitions filed by family members of former Minister Keheliya Rambukwella, seeking a writ of certiorari to quash the Colombo High Court’s order freezing their assets.
The petitions were related to an ongoing investigation by the Bribery Commission.
A three-judge bench, headed by Justice Janak de Silva, issued the ruling after considering the merits of the petitions.
