Indian visa and consular services to be handled directly by HC from November 3

The High Commission of India in Colombo has announced that all Indian visa and consular services will be managed directly by the High Commission and its regional offices starting from November 3.

According to the announcement, the external agency currently handling visa-related services will operate only until October 31.

From Monday (November 3) onward, all visa, passport, and consular matters will be processed directly through the High Commission of India in Colombo, the Assistant High Commission in Kandy, and the Consulate General in Jaffna.
