The Ananda College basketball team from Colombo has brought pride to Sri Lanka by winning the 4 Nations Basketball League, a tournament held in Thailand with the participation of under-17 teams from four countries.
The championship featured top basketball teams from Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Sri Lanka, with matches taking place in Bangkok from October 24 to 27.
The victorious Ananda College team returned to Sri Lanka on the night of October 28, arriving at Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake, where they were warmly welcomed for their remarkable achievement.
