He was last seen on the evening of the 19th (Sunday) and has been missing since then.
Family members state that Mr. Silva, who is currently undergoing treatment for dementia, had reportedly taken three days’ worth of medication at once before leaving his residence in Dalugama, Kelaniya.
He was last seen in the Tyre Junction area in Kelaniya.
