Parliament to Convene at 9.30 a.m. Today (21)

Accordingly, the time from 9.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. has been allocated for Parliamentary business mentioned under Standing Order 22 (1–6).

From 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m., time has been reserved for questions requiring oral answers, followed by questions under Standing Order 27(2) from 11.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.

From 11.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Parliament is set to debate the regulations published in Extraordinary Gazette No. 2446/34 under the National Medicines Regulatory Authority Act.

Subsequently, around 5.00 p.m., the Personal Data Protection (Amendment) Bill, which has already completed its second reading debate, will be taken up for consideration at the Committee Stage and the third reading.

Finally, from 5.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m., a debate will be held on the adjournment motion presented by the opposition.
